MARTIAL
LAW
An
Unbroadcast Letter to 60 Minutes
The utter contempt shown for democracy by the
Filipino rebel leader "El Gringo" convinces me that if
Colonel North, Admiral Poindexter, and C.I.A. Director Casey had
gotten away with their schemes, the U.S. would have been
left with a government of, by, and for the powerful, the rest of
us be damned -- a betrayal of everything America stands for,
all done in the name of "patriotism"!
